I had a small issue with my order, nothing huge, but you know how these things can sometimes turn into a whole back-and-forth. Anyway, they got back to me quickly and just handled it without making it complicated. They kept me updated too, which I always appreciate because otherwise I start wondering if anyone’s even looking at it. Overall, really solid support.

I liked that the billing was straightforward and easy to follow. Unlike some other companies I’ve used, there weren’t any random extra fees showing up at the end, which was a nice change

We’ve been using honorcare.com for my dad, the caregiver has been really dependable. She gets there on time, and if traffic is slowing her down, she actually lets us know, which sounds small but… it makes a difference.

My dad can be kind of tough in the mornings, not in a bad way, just… mornings are harder for him. She stays calm, doesn’t rush him, and keeps the routine moving, so that has helped more than I expected.

It’s just been a relief not having that daily worry of whether someone is going to show up or not. So far, we’ve been really happy with it.

The site did what it was supposed to do, but I couldn’t fully relax while using it. A few of the info checks felt a little vague to me, and I kept noticing small things, like unclear wording and little delays that made me wonder if everything was being handled properly. Support eventually got back to me, but it was slower than I expected. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I finished the whole thing not feeling totally confident, so I’m not sure I’d use it again.

I had a feeling the care coordination would make things easier, and I’m glad I trusted my gut. It helped take a lot of the stress out of the process and made everything feel much more manageable
